Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of Nordica Residence RC, in the first building, façade works are ongoing, installation of window structures has been completed, and internal networks are being installed: water supply, heating and sewage - from the 2nd to the 13th floors. The ventilation system for the parking lot and the building is 50% complete, and specialists have laid internal risers K1 and K2. Screeds in the building are being poured and the parking lot is being waterproofed.
At the same time, external on-site networks are being installed: monolithic chambers are being equipped for laying the power and heat supply systems. We are starting to dismantle the tower crane.
In the second building, we are erecting monolithic structures on the seventh floor and laying the walls of the first floor.
In the third building, the vertical elements of the first floor are almost completed, and preparations are underway to pour the floor slab. The tower crane is being prepared.
Earthworks for the construction of parking lot have begun.
