During its compilation, the publishers checked whether the developer has all the necessary documents that confirm the commissioning of buildings – a certificate or declaration of commissioning from the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development, data on the purpose of the land on which the buildings of developers and construction customers are being constructed, as well as the availability and type of parking, its area and number of parking spaces, because in wartime parking can also be used as a shelter.

Another important innovation in the assessment was the participation of developers in the governmental mortgage lending program eOselia, which is now being used by many homebuyers.
