Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of the Nordica Residence RC, screeds are being poured on the third, fourth and fifth floors. At the same time, façade works and installation of façade illumination continue, and internal utilities are being laid: water supply, heating and sewage, from the 2nd to the 17th floors. The ventilation system for the parking lot and the building is 70% complete. We are installing waterproofing of the parking lot. We are installing electrical networks along the risers, 80% complete, as well as installing elevators, also 80% complete. The dismantling of the tower crane is complete.
In the second house, we are erecting monolithic structures on the ninth floor and carrying out blockwork.
In the third house, we have completed two technical floors and are installing piles for the tower crane. At the same time, we are completing the construction of the pit for the second parking lot in the second stage. We are starting piling works.
In the third stage, we are preparing for the arrangement of test pile clusters for the construction of the fourth and fifth houses.
