Construction at Big Ben Residential Complex, located in Lviv’s Frankivskyi District, continues to advance, with reinforced concrete works, façade installation, engineering services and interior finishing progressing across the development.
In Section A1, installation of the PVC waterproofing roof membrane is ongoing, alongside masonry works for internal walls and partitions, as well as installation of the electrical distribution networks.
In Sections A1 and A2, installation of the cold water supply and heating systems has commenced. Masonry works to the internal walls are nearing completion, while plastering of the stairwells and common areas has already been completed.
In Section A2, installation of the electrical distribution networks and routing of the internet cabling infrastructure have been completed. Thermal insulation and façade finishing works have also commenced, while preparatory works for the installation of externally mounted entrance doors are currently underway.
In Section A3, construction of the fifth-floor reinforced concrete floor slab is in progress, while in Section A4, work continues on the third-floor floor slab.
In Section AS1, the roof screed to falls has been completed, while installation of the screed continues in Section AS3.
In Section AS2, excavation works have been completed and construction of the foundation slab is now underway.
In Section AS6, construction of the parapet walls has been completed.
