Construction works continue across several sections of the Big Ben Residential Complex in Lviv’s Frankivskyi District.
In Section A1, masonry works for the chimney stacks and ventilation shafts on the roof have been completed, together with the roof falls screed. Wall and partition masonry works are currently progressing on the seventh floor.
In Section A2, installation of the window systems and roofing works have been completed. The project team has also commenced installation of the electrical systems.
Across Sections A1 and A2, installation of the ventilation systems serving the commercial premises has been completed, together with the rainwater and foul drainage risers. In addition, construction of the internal walls is approaching completion.
In Section A3, works are underway on the vertical reinforced concrete structures of the fifth floor, while in Section A4 construction of the vertical structural elements of the second floor is in progress.
In Section AC6, the first-floor slab has been completed and works on the parapets have commenced.
