Works continue in the common areas of Stage One at Hyde Park Residential Complex. The construction team is currently carrying out wall painting works, while tiling of the staircases and corridor areas within the common parts of the building has already been completed.
Tiling works on the terrace floors are also approaching completion.
In parallel, works continue on the external engineering infrastructure, including the water supply and drainage networks. The building’s heat substation has already been installed, while works are ongoing on the fire water supply system, smoke extraction systems, and the car park ventilation system.
