Works are ongoing within Stage 1 of the Hyde Park Residential Complex. Plastering of walls in common areas is currently in progress. In parallel, wall and floor tiling in communal areas is being carried out, along with continued tiling works on stair flights.
In addition, installation of flooring on terraces is now commencing.
