At the Hyde Park wellness residence, works in Stage 1 are continuing according to schedule. In the common areas, wall and corridor reveal plastering is underway, along with the installation of floor tiles in corridors and stairwells.
Finishing and thermal insulation of the building façade are nearing completion. Parapet caps have already been installed on the roof. In parallel, installation of heat and water metres is ongoing.
In the ground-floor commercial premises, screed installation works are ongoing. Works on the installation of external sewerage networks have also commenced.
