Construction at the Hyde Park wellness residence is progressing according to schedule. In the Stage I, finishing works in the common areas are ongoing: wall and window-reveal puttying continues in the corridors, and installation of floor tiles has begun in the corridors and stairwells.
Finishing and insulation of the façade on the inner side of the building are nearing completion. Installation of the entrance doors to the lobbies has already been completed. On the roof, the final stage of installing parapet caps is underway. Elevator installation has also been completed.
In the commercial premises on the ground floor, preparations continue for the installation of engineering networks, communications, and the screed. In parallel, plumbing works are being carried out for the installation of the building’s sewage system.
