In the Stage II of the Companion Residential Complex, the final stage of works is underway across all three buildings. Specialists are preparing the surrounding area for the final landscaping and completing the last technical tasks.
In the Building 1, apartment doors have been installed in the basement level.
In the Building 2, installation of the pumping station has been completed.
In the Building 3, Armstrong-type ceilings have been installed, and all interior works have been finalised.
Works are underway in all three buildings on the installation of outdoor lighting, and the setup of electrical metering panels for the basement apartments has been completed. Fencing around the entrances to the inner courtyard has also been installed. Commissioning of the heating system and landscaping works continue.
