Construction works at the Hyde Park wellness residence are progressing according to schedule. In Stage One, finishing works have begun in the common areas, stairwells, and elevator lobbies.
Façade finishing and insulation are also underway. The ventilated façade on the side of Muchna Street has been completed, and manufacturing of entrance doors for the apartments is in progress. In Stage Two, within Section A2.2, construction of the vertical structures of the first floor has been completed.
