In Stage 1 of the Hyde Park residential complex, wall and corridor reveal finishing (putty works) is ongoing in the common areas, along with tile installation in the corridors and on the stair flights. Masonry works for internal partitions are being carried out in the apartments.
In parallel, screed works have been completed in the commercial premises on the ground floor.
Installation of the individual electricity metering system in the apartments has been completed.
