Stage 3: In the ninth building, doors have been installed in the unheated transition areas.
In the seventh building, installation of fire hose cabinets is ongoing.
Stage 4: In Sections B1–C1, construction of the roof over the commercial premises has reached 96% completion. Installation of aluminium structures has been completed to 98%, installation of railings to 80%, and installation of lift equipment to 90%. Façade works are nearing completion, while landscaping works are ongoing in parallel.
In Sections B1 and B2, masonry works for storage units in the parking facility have been completed. Restoration of the stylobate roof and repair of plaster finishes in the common areas are in progress.
Landscaping works in the adjacent territory are ongoing.
