In Building 7 of Stage 3, installation of electrical cabling within the apartments is in progress. At the same time, external water supply and sewerage networks are being installed.
In Building 9, installation of plasterboard structures and wall skim coating continues. In Section 9.1, installation of water supply and heating systems has commenced on the basement levels.
In Building 11, all main construction and installation works have been completed. The building is prepared for handover, with project documentation at the final approval stage. Additional works are being carried out to enhance accessibility within the residential building.
In Stage 4, across Sections B1–S1, installation of the roof above the commercial premises has been completed by 90%. Aluminium structures installation is 95% complete, railings installation has reached 50%, and lift equipment installation stands at 90%. Façade works are nearing completion, while landscaping works across the site are ongoing.
In Sections B1 and B2, masonry works for parking storage units are underway. In Sections B2–C1, monolithic works for the restoration of the stylobate structure have been completed, and restoration of the stylobate roof has commenced. Foundation waterproofing is nearing completion. Works on restoring plaster finishes in common areas and improving the surrounding area continue.
