Active construction works are ongoing across several sections of the Big Ben Residential Complex in Frankivskyi District of Lviv.
In Section A1, masonry works for chimneys and ventilation shafts on the roof are underway. Wall and partition masonry continues on the 6th floor, alongside installation of window structures and ventilation systems in the commercial premises.
In Section A2, roof installation works continue, window structures are being installed, and masonry works for the internal walls are nearing completion.
In both Sections A1 and A2, installation of rainwater and domestic sewage risers is ongoing.
In Section A3, works on the floor slab of the 3rd floor have commenced.
In Section A4, construction of the vertical monolithic structures of the 1st floor is ongoing. Waterproofing and drainage works for the external parking walls have already been completed.
In Section AC6, construction of the vertical monolithic structures of the parking facility is continuing.
