In Stage 1 of Hyde Park Residential Complex, painting of the walls in the common areas is nearing completion, while installation of slatted ceilings in the corridors has commenced.
Floor tiling on the terraces has already been completed. The construction team is currently installing glass balustrades and partitions.
Works on the external engineering networks, including the sewerage and water supply systems, have also been completed. The fire water supply, smoke extraction and car park ventilation systems are now fully installed. Commissioning and adjustment of the building’s fire alarm and evacuation warning system are currently in progress.
At the same time, interior finishing works are continuing in the entrance lobby, alongside landscaping works around the development on the Muchna Street side.
