Construction works are continuing across Stages 1 and 2 at the Father Residential Development site.
In Stage 1, entrance doors have been installed in Section 4.1.
In Section 4.2, preparations for door installation are under way, while flat roof works are nearing completion. Installation of the surface water drainage system has been completed.
Façade works in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 are nearing completion. Plastering of the walls in the common areas has also been completed.
Foundation works are continuing as part of Stage 2.
