Construction work is continuing on the first stage of the Father residential development.
In Building 4.1, façade works are progressing. Installation of the internal electrical systems has been completed, together with the domestic wastewater and stormwater drainage networks.
In Building 4.2, installation of the window systems is 95% complete. Façade works are ongoing, while installation of the flat roof is nearing completion. The internal electrical systems have also been installed, and work continues on the stormwater drainage and water supply networks.
Construction of the podium parking structure between Buildings 4.1 and 4.2 has now been completed.
In addition, preparatory works for the installation of floor screeds are currently underway across the site.
The Father residential development in Lviv is being delivered in line with the Riel Family Style concept, which focuses on creating a comfortable environment for family living, with thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxation, socialising and everyday life.
Updated purchase terms are now available from RIEL. The minimum initial payment is 30%, with a standard 5% discount applied to that amount. The remaining balance may be paid in instalments until completion of the construction and installation works. For purchasers who choose to pay the full purchase price upfront, a 5% discount applies to the total value of the apartment.
