Construction works at the Father Residential Complex in Lviv continue to progress actively across the development.
Within Stage One, installation of the flat roof in Section 4.1 has been completed. Façade works are currently underway, alongside preparations for the installation of the internal water supply and drainage systems.
In Section 4.2, construction of the internal walls and partitions has been completed, while installation of the window systems has reached 95% completion. Façade works continue, together with the installation of the flat roof and preparations for the internal water supply and drainage networks.
Construction of the parking podium structure between Sections 4.1 and 4.2 is also ongoing.
Sales have now commenced for Stage Two of the Father Residential Complex. This marks a new stage in the development of the project, offering prospective homeowners an even wider choice of apartments and layouts to suit their lifestyle and future plans.
