On 3 July, the fourth RED Core Marketing Meeting, a marketing investment committee dedicated to the topic ‘How Marketing Budgets Will Be Allocated in Residential Development,’ took place at LUN Space in Kyiv.
The programme included an interview and Q&A session featuring Borys Tsomaia, Marketing Director at RIEL. During the discussion, participants explored which marketing tools are currently delivering the strongest results, how advertising budgets are evolving, how communication channels are changing, and how approaches to residential property sales continue to adapt.

The highlight of the event was the closed-door Marketing Investment Committee. Through anonymous voting, participants identified the areas in which developers plan to increase their marketing investment, as well as those where budgets are expected to be reduced. The voting was followed by a joint discussion on the key challenges facing the market and the strategic priorities for the future development of marketing in the residential property sector.

We would like to thank the RED by LUN team for the invitation and for hosting such a valuable discussion. Events like these help foster a deeper understanding of the market, encourage open dialogue on the challenges facing the industry, and create opportunities to identify solutions that drive the development of Ukraine.
