On 13 July, the TOP BROKER AWARDS 2026 ceremony took place in Kyiv, where we recognised the Kyiv-based partners and brokers working with RIEL. For us, the event was much more than an awards ceremony. It provided an opportunity to meet with our partners, share experience, discuss current property market trends and strengthen professional relationships.
‘Today is about partnership. Today is about business. Every successful business idea is built on strong partnerships. When you have reliable partners, your business continues to grow, continues to thrive, and turns its ambitions into reality. That is why we are truly grateful to all of you,’ said Borys Tsomaia, Marketing Director of RIEL, during the event.
Awards were presented across ten categories: Quality Standard, Newcomer of the Year, Growth Leader, Excellence in Partnership, Deal of the Year, Comfort-Class Apartment Sales Leader, Business-Class Apartment Sales Leader, Parking Space Sales Leader, Trusted Partner, and Gold Partner. The winners were selected by RIEL’s Expert Panel, which assessed not only the number of investors attracted and overall sales performance, but also the quality of collaboration and customer feedback.
During the event, Oksana Hrynko, RIEL's Partner Manager in Kyiv, emphasised: ‘It is through collaboration and strong partnerships that we have been able not only to overcome challenges with confidence, but also to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of RIEL and to the development of our country. Today is therefore about more than reflecting on the past year—it is an opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has become part of this shared success story.’
One of the highlights of the evening was the Fashion Performance & Residential Showcase, Architecture of Life — a collaborative project between RIEL and the Ukrainian fashion brand MOGARDI. During the show, guests were presented with a series of looks created by the MOGARDI design team as stylistic interpretations of RIEL’s residential developments. Through the use of design, silhouettes, textures and carefully considered details, each collection reflected the character, architectural concept and distinctive atmosphere of an individual project. The showcase offered a unique way of bringing together the worlds of contemporary architecture, design and fashion.
Together with the 3rd Operational Battalion Svoboda, we held a charity raffle during the event. All proceeds will go towards the purchase of ground robotic systems and related equipment. We would like to thank everyone who supported this important fundraising initiative.
