We have been ranked among the five largest developers in Ukraine by the number of apartments commissioned since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The ranking was prepared by LUN in partnership with Forbes Ukraine based on official commissioning certificate data.
During this period, RIEL commissioned 6,881 apartments in Kyiv and Lviv.
Overall, the TOP 10 developers accounted for nearly 25% of all housing commissioned in Ukraine during this period. This highlights the role of systematic and resilient development companies that continue to build, complete projects, and launch new developments even under challenging conditions.
From the second quarter of 2022 through the end of 2025, more than 234,000 apartments were commissioned across Ukraine. The largest share was recorded in Kyiv and Kyiv Region (38%), followed by Lviv Region (12%) and Odesa Region (10%).

It is more than just numbers — it is a testament to developers’ ability to complete projects, launch new developments, and support the recovery of the industry even during wartime.
