Construction work on the first and second stages of the Father Residential Development is continuing.
In the first stage, Section 4.1, plastering of the walls in the communal areas has commenced.
In Section 4.2, installation of the flat roof and stormwater drainage systems is nearing completion. Installation of the water supply systems has already been completed. Preparations for plastering the walls in the communal areas are also under way.
In Sections 4.1 and 4.2, façade works are continuing, while floor screeding has been completed.
As part of the second stage, excavation of the foundation pit is under way in preparation for the subsequent construction of the foundations.
The Father Residential Development in Lviv is being developed in line with the Riel Family Style concept, with a focus on comfortable family living and convenient spaces for relaxation, socialising and everyday needs.
RIEL’s current purchase terms are available to buyers at the development. The minimum initial payment is 30%, with a 5% discount applied to the amount of the initial payment. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments until the completion of construction and installation works. For purchases paid in full, a 5% discount applies to the total apartment price.
