Construction of the first stage of the Big Ben Residential Development in Lviv is progressing. Throughout July, the team carried out monolithic concrete, façade and engineering works.
In Section A1, installation of the PVC roof waterproofing membrane and construction of the internal walls have been completed. Installation of the electrical systems is nearing completion.
In Section A2, installation of the externally mounted doors has been completed. Façade insulation and finishing works are continuing, while floor screeding in the communal areas has commenced.
In Sections A1 and A2, installation of the cold-water supply and heating risers has been completed.
In Section A3, construction of the vertical structural elements of the sixth-floor frame has been completed, and masonry works on the walls and partitions have commenced.
In Section A4, construction of the fourth-floor slab has been completed.
In Section AS2, construction of the car park floor slab has been completed.
