Construction of Stage 1 is continuing at the Brother Residential Development site.
In Section A1, reinforcement works are under way for the first-floor slab.
In Section A2, construction of the reinforced concrete frame of the residential floors is continuing. The vertical structural elements of the second floor have already been completed, and preparations are under way for concreting the second-floor slab and the vertical structural elements of the third floor. Masonry works have also commenced on the technical floor.
In Section A3, construction of the building’s reinforced concrete frame has been completed. Masonry works are currently progressing at pace, and the manufacture of metal-plastic windows has also commenced.
In Section AP, the technical-floor slab has been concreted in the first part of the stylobate. The vertical structural elements of the technical floor are currently being constructed in the second part.
At the same time, installation of the external water supply, foul drainage and surface water drainage networks is continuing across the construction site.
Construction works at the Brother Residential Development are progressing ahead of the planned schedule.
