Construction of the first stage of the Brother Residential Development is continuing on site.
In Section A1, waterproofing of the vertical walls of the underground part of the building has been completed, along with backfilling works.
In Section A2, all vertical structural elements of the ground floor have been completed. Waterproofing of the vertical walls of the underground part of the building has also been completed, along with backfilling works.
In Section A3, concrete works have already been completed on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, and concreting of the vertical structural elements of the seventh floor has commenced. At the same time, masonry works are under way on the walls of the technical floor and the external walls of the basement level.
In the stylobate section of the first phase, waterproofing works are under way on the vertical walls of the underground part of the building.
