Construction of the second stage of Nordica Residence, a business-class residential development in Kyiv, is progressing. Interior and façade works on the buildings are nearing completion, while work on the second car park and landscaping of the grounds continues.
In the second building, tiling is almost complete and the final painting of the walls is under way. Installation of the electrical distribution boards is 100% complete. Finishing works in the entrance area and lobby are also nearing completion. The façade is 90% complete.
In the third building, finishing works in the communal areas are nearing completion, with 95% of the works completed. Work on the lobby is continuing, including the laying of tiles. Installation of the electrical distribution boards is 100% complete, while the façade is 90% complete.
As part of the second stage, installation of the water supply pumping station equipment is continuing, with 80% of the works completed.
In the second car park, installation of the electrical networks is 95% complete, while installation of the ventilation and smoke extraction systems is 90% complete. The sprinkler fire suppression system is 40% complete. Preparations for finishing works are also under way.
Installation of the roof waterproofing system in preparation for the subsequent landscaping works is nearing completion, with 98% of the works completed.
