Construction works are ongoing at the Big Ben Residential Complex located in Frankivskyi District of Lviv, within Stage 1 of the project.
In Section A1, works are underway on the installation of the third-floor floor slab.
In Section A2, works are being carried out on the construction of the vertical structural elements of the sixth floor. In parallel, masonry works for walls and partitions in the commercial premises have commenced.
In Section AC3, installation of the first-floor floor slab of the commercial premises is ongoing.
In Section AC5, installation of the parking floor slab has been completed.
The Big Ben Residential Complex in Lviv features an underground car park equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, areas for storing prams, and dedicated bicycle parking. The project also includes a lobby with concierge services and designated parcel collection areas. In addition, the development provides for landscaped green walking areas, a promenade, and leisure spaces within the gallery zones.
