Construction works are ongoing at the Father Residential Complex in Lviv across the sections of the Stage 1.
In Section 4.1, all monolithic works have been completed. Masonry works for the fifth-floor walls are currently underway.
In Section 4.2, works have commenced on the installation of the seventh-floor floor slab, and masonry works for the fourth-floor walls have also begun.
Father is a comfort-class residential complex developed within the Riel Family Style concept. The project is focused on everyday comfort and a thoughtfully designed environment for family living, combining spaces for relaxation, work, and shared leisure.
