Construction of the Big Ben Residential Complex in Frankivskyi District in Lviv is actively moving forward. A number of key works have already been completed in the first stage.
In Section A1, the construction of the vertical structures of the 3rd floor is underway.
In Section A2, work continues on the vertical structures of the 4th floor.
In Section AC3, the vertical structures of the 1st floor of the commercial premises have been completed.
In Section AC5, construction of the vertical structures of the parking facility is ongoing, and installation of the vertical waterproofing of the parking walls has begun.
Completion of the perimeter drainage system along Sections AC1, A2, and AC5 has also been achieved.
The new Big Ben residential complex in Lviv, located at Stryiska Street (2 Persenkivka), is being developed as a space where living and working harmoniously blend with leisure.
Here, residents will enjoy cafés and food courts, coworking and art spaces, sports and recreational zones, a kindergarten, and even a dedicated dog-walking area.
