Construction of the Big Ben Residential Complex in Frankivskyi district of Lviv is actively progressing. In the first stage, demolition works have already been completed, tower cranes have been installed, and temporary water and power supply systems have been arranged.
In Section A1, the columns and parking slab have been completed, vertical columns for the commercial premises have been erected, and preparations are underway for the installation of the first-floor slab. In Section A2, works on the foundation slab, monolithic columns, and parking walls have been completed. In Section AC1, the excavation has been completed and a concrete base for the foundation slab has been laid, while in Section AC3 excavation works are currently in progress.
Big Ben is a new residential complex located at Stryiska Street (2 Persenkivka Street), designed to create a comprehensive and comfortable living environment. The development will include cafés, food courts, co-working spaces, art zones, sports and recreation areas, a kindergarten, and a dog-walking area.
