We are delighted to share some good news! We are starting sales of apartments in six residential complexes in two major Ukrainian cities. Two projects are starting in Kyiv and four more in Lviv. Prices start at UAH 39,000 /m² in Kyiv and UAH 43,000 /m² in Lviv, depending on the complex, format and location.
According to the company’s CEO Rostyslav Melnyk, some of the new projects are being implemented within a new format within the comfort class — Riel Family Style.
“Today’s buyers need a safe, comfortable and well-organised environment with high-quality infrastructure nearby. At the same time, it is not only about improving people’s physical standard of living, but also about balancing their psychological state. It is very important that the living space is conducive to community building. That is why we have developed a new format within the comfort class and implemented it in the Riel Family Style concept. We have made sure that as many aspects of family life as possible are taken into account in your living space.”

In Kyiv, we have begun sales of the Brother and Sister complexes on the Left Bank, an area with active new development, convenient access to the city centre and water bodies. Both complexes are united by the Playground concept — a space for games, communication and relaxation.

In the Brother project, this idea was implemented through a well-designed pedestrian promenade that runs through the entire neighbourhood. In the Sister, the inner courtyards are divided into closed areas, each with its own theme – playgrounds for the little ones, a sports courtyard, a garden courtyard, as well as open areas for walks and social interaction – an activity park with a stadium, a relaxation area with a yoga spot and a children’s park. It is this mix of privacy and openness that should provide a balanced environment for comfortable living.

We are launching four new conceptual residential complexes on the Lviv market: Big Ben, Hyde Park, Harry and Father.
The modern Big Ben is a project that interprets traditional Lviv gallery-style housing through the prism of English aesthetics. Green areas with fountains, playgrounds and a paddle tennis court are planned here — everything to ensure that neighbours become friends from the second day of meeting.

The concept of the new Hyde Park Club House, which is being built next to Shevchenkivskyi Hai Park, is based on the Wellness format and will also feature Lviv's first 25-metre swimming pool.

Next to the city centre, there will be a business-class residential complex called Harry, with its own English garden offering places for active and peaceful recreation and a club area for residents' leisure activities. The future Father space, located in a cosy neighbourhood not far from the centre, will integrate privacy and access to urban infrastructure.

“The total area of the projects will exceed five hundred thousand square metres. Specifically, 285,000 square metres in Kyiv and another 282,000 square metres in Lviv. RIEL is not stopping and continues to improve its approaches to creating high-quality urban space,” says Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of the company.

To develop project concepts and marketing strategy, we engaged creative partners – Volta Buro, an agency that is part of Fedoriv Group and specialises in development.
“Before the start of sales, we held a series of closed presentations for brokers and real estate agencies, shared details about the projects, heard initial feedback, and secured the support of our partners. Today, the new complexes are already on the market, with clear communication and a readiness to respond to people’s requests,” Rostyslav Melnyk concluded.
In 2024, we commissioned 1,989 apartments — 1,454 in Lviv and 535 in Kyiv. In the first quarter of 2025, we commissioned over a thousand more. In total, over 22 years, we have completed over 100 residential and commercial properties with a total area of over one million square metres.
You can find out more about each of the new complexes on our website in the ‘New Buildings’ section or at our sales offices.
