Over the past year, the company completed all its projects in Kyiv that were started before 2022 and maintained its leading position in Lviv, delivering almost two thousand apartments in both cities.
In total, in 2024, Ukrainian developers commissioned almost 83,000 apartments, which is 4.8 million square metres of housing. For comparison, in 2023, this figure was 66,209 apartments, almost a quarter less.
Of this number, about 30% of all completed apartments are the result of the work of the top 20 companies.
LUN experts only took into account multi-apartment buildings with a confirmed certificate of commissioning. Data for each property were additionally verified, and in the case of projects implemented in partnership, the number of apartments was divided equally between the developers.
