At RIEL, we are renewing our brand and launching a new development philosophy. This reboot is a logical step in our development as a system developer that has been shaping the urban environment in Lviv and Kyiv for over 22 years.
Since 2003, we have commissioned over 100 residential and commercial properties with a total area of over 1 million square meters. Even in the midst of a full-scale war, we completed all projects started before 2022 in Kyiv, and in 2024 we maintained our leadership in the Lviv region as the most dynamic developer in the region.
The brand renewal is gone hand in hand with a transition to systematic development with a greater focus on quality, responsibility, and sustainable development. As a systematic developer, we continue to implement modern construction technologies, including BIM modeling, strengthen quality control at all stages, and streamline standards for after-sales service and property management.
We have introduced a new identity. The new logo is based on symbols of stability and structure, echoing supporting structures and perfect natural forms. The company’s new visual style is inspired by one of the most perfect forms in nature – honeycombs. The honeycomb is the most efficient and rational structure, created by bees, one of the most responsible and precise builders in the living world. The honeycomb is a symbol of craftsmanship, thoughtfulness, precision, and reliability.

We eager the updated brand to reflect this confidence and become a visual symbol of reliability – a guarantee that every project will be completed, no matter how emotional, modern, or complex it may be. We believe that over time, this idea will grow into a large harmonious beehive – a community of living environments created by RIEL.
The main colors of the brand are dark blue and bright green, reflecting reliability, openness, and a desire for development.
“We have been working in the market for over 22 years. Our path is one of experience, improvement, professionalism, flexibility, and adaptation. We are living people, not computers. We have made mistakes, searched for answers, learned, and changed. And with each step, we have become stronger. For us, the brand renewal is not just a new stage, but the embodiment of the experience that has tempered us and our belief that development must never stop,” said RIEL CEO Rostyslav Melnyk.

We adapt to the challenges of the times. Even in the new reality, we continue to work on new projects, improve our approaches to development, and create spaces where people want to live.
Because RIEL is a developer that never stops. And we are updating to be even closer and more reliable for you.
