Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) held the first module of corporate training for the RIEL team.
Two days devoted to sales that work not only on numbers but also on trust. About managers who can do more than just “show an apartment.” And about a company that wants to see partnership in every sale.
Sales and service teams from Lviv and Kyiv, as well as company management, joined the training. They came together to better understand a common approach, immerse themselves in new ideas, and speak the same language as their customers.
For RIEL, this is not just about improving skills – it is part of a major transformation. We are building a business that puts people at its core. Because a company is first and foremost a team. And sales are not about transactions, but about reciprocity, trust, and human stories.
The world has long since moved away from abstract “customers.” We have people, and each of them is a potential friend, partner, and brand advocate.
The program was built around a modern approach to real estate sales management. The team analyzed customer behavior, learned how to create real value, manage expectations, and see behind the words “I want a home” – the desire for security, confidence, and happiness. They also discussed difficult topics: how not to deceive, even unintentionally; how to be honest and effective at the same time; how to build long-term relationships rather than short-term deals.

“We live in a very dynamic world of new needs and values. That is why shared learning experiences, above all, allow us to look at sales from a new angle and deepen our management skills. Dialogue between managers from different businesses and specialists from different fields is not just about exchanging experiences, but about shaping a common vision of sales, service, and the role of a manager in building human relationships within a company. As a result, we establish long-term relationships with people who choose us and our product,” says Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL Real Estate Corporation.
