Construction of the Big Ben residential complex in Frankivskyi District of Lviv is progressing actively, with several key milestones already completed in the first stage.
Section A1: Floor slab for commercial premises has been installed. Section A2: Parking floor slab work is complete, vertical structures of the first floor have been erected, and floor slab installation is ongoing.
In section AC1, the foundation slab has been completed, the vertical structures of the car park have been erected, and the car park floor slab has been poured. In section AC3, the foundation slab has been completed, the vertical structures of the car park have been erected, and the car park floor slab is currently being poured.
Section AC5: The foundation pit has been excavated, and the foundation slab is currently being laid.
The new Big Ben residential complex, located on Stryiska Street (2 Persenkivka), is designed as a multifunctional space that combines living, working, and leisure. The complex will feature cafes and food courts, coworking and art spaces, sports and recreation areas, a kindergarten, and a dog-walking zone.
