Please be informed about changes to the operating hours of RIEL sales offices and the contact centre in Lviv and Kyiv.
Starting from 18 May, we are introducing an updated schedule to make it more convenient for you to plan your visit, receive consultations, and choose real estate at a time that suits you best.
In Kyiv, selected sales offices will operate until 8:00 PM on certain weekdays.
Sales Office at Elyseum Residential Complex (5B Rostyslavska Street, Kyiv)
- Monday – 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Tuesday – 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Wednesday – 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Thursday – 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Friday – 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Saturday – 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday – the sales office is closed; phone consultations are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sales Office at Bereh Dnipra Residential Complex (17K Dniprovska Embankment, Kyiv)
- Monday – 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Tuesday – 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Wednesday – 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Thursday – 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Friday – 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Saturday – 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday – the sales office is closed; phone consultations are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Please also note that on Saturdays, RIEL sales offices and the contact centre in both Lviv and Kyiv will operate from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Sundays, managers will provide consultations exclusively by phone from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
