Construction works continue on the third and fourth stages of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv.
In the seventh building of the third stage, finishing works are nearing completion. Vestibule and apartment entrance doors have already been installed, while works on the entrance groups are ongoing.
In the ninth building, finishing works in the common areas have been completed. Waterproofing works in the basement premises are currently underway, screeding works are being carried out in the semi-basement areas, and installation of the entrance groups continues. In addition, works on connecting the external sewage system are nearing completion.
Within the fourth stage, paving works with stone blocks on the terraces above the commercial premises have been completed in Section B1C1, and installation of the ventilation systems has also been finalised.
In Sections B1 and B2, installation of external railings, fire suppression systems, smoke extraction systems, and parking ventilation systems is ongoing. Restoration of the stylobate roof is nearing completion, while restoration works in the common areas continue.
At the same time, landscaping works around the residential complex are progressing, including installation of outdoor lighting poles, preparatory works for landscaping, and stone paving works.
