Construction works are ongoing at the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv within Stages 3 and 4.
Building 7 (Stage 3): Screeding works in common areas have been completed, along with all plasterboard works. Tiling in communal areas is nearing completion, and installation of apartment entrance doors has commenced. Construction of retaining walls is also ongoing.
Building 9: External railings for cold galleries have been installed, tambour doors in common areas have been fitted on all floors, and inspection hatches have been installed. In the basement level of Section 9.2, screeding has been completed and windows installed, with waterproofing works now underway. Installation of entrance groups has also commenced in Sections 9.1 and 9.2.
Building 11 has been commissioned and put into operation.
Stage 4: In Building B1C1 (Sections 1 and 2), roofing works have been completed. In Section 3, roofing over the commercial premises is nearing completion. Lift commissioning works are ongoing, and installation of ventilation systems in commercial units is in progress (60% complete). Façade works have been completed.
In Buildings B1 and B2, installation of external railings has reached 50%, while restoration of the stylobate roof is ongoing. Plastering in common areas has been completed, and restoration of finishes in communal areas is now commencing. In parallel, paving works with cobblestones continue across the surrounding territory.
