Stage 3: In sections 9.1 and 9.2, finishing works in the common areas are 90% complete. Installation of partitions in the basement level of the Building 9 is ongoing. Installation of external railings has also commenced.
In the Building 7, installation of entrance groups is nearing completion, and floor screeding works have begun. Works on internal engineering systems are also in progress, including heating, water supply, and electrical installations.
Stage 4: In section B1–S1, roofing works over the commercial premises are nearing completion. Installation of aluminium structures and railings in the common areas has been completed, as has the installation of lifts. At the same time, works have commenced on the installation of ventilation systems in the commercial spaces. Façade works are at the final stage.
In sections B1 and B2, preparations are underway for floor screeding in the basement areas. Works are ongoing to restore the stylobate roof, along with plastering in the common areas.
Landscaping of the adjacent territory is also in progress.
