We held our first event for real estate agencies and realtors in the capital, presenting the new Brother and Sister Residential Complexes. The event took place in our new sales office on the premises of the Bereh Dnipra Residential Complex (17K Dniprovska Naberezhna Street).
With this event, we have launched a new format of cooperation for Kyiv — a partnership programme that is already successfully operating in Lviv and brings together over 300 realtors. We are now scaling up this model in the capital and seek to engage the professional community in mutually beneficial work.
According to Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL, this practice allows for the creation of a transparent, effective and mutually beneficial model of communication between all market participants:

The Brother and Sister Residential Complexes are being built on the left bank of Kyiv, in areas with active new development, close to water bodies and convenient access to the city centre. Both projects are being implemented as part of the Riel Family Style concept, a new approach to comfort-class housing that takes into account the needs of modern families.
