Two partnership events dedicated to the launch of new residential complexes — Hyde Park, Big Ben, Father, and Harry — took place in Lviv. We gathered directly on the site where the construction of Big Ben is beginning — at 45 Stryiska Street.
It was here that we presented the concepts for three new residential spaces. This is the second such event this season: the first meeting with the professional community took place earlier — not far from the future Hyde Park Club House, in a more intimate setting in Shevchenko Park.
The location was not chosen by chance. This is one of the most ambitious projects on the Lviv market that our team is working on. We strive to make it recognisable and significant for the housing market.
Representatives of about forty real estate agencies attended the event. In an informal atmosphere, partners had the opportunity to be the first to familiarise themselves with the concepts of new living spaces, ask questions and receive presentation materials. The first enquiries about the properties were received during the event, confirming the relevance of the new projects and the interest in them.
Each of the three complexes has its own architectural and conceptual idea. Modern Big Ben is a project that interprets traditional Lviv gallery-style housing through the prism of English aesthetics, with fountains, playgrounds and a paddle tennis court. Harry integrates the restoration of historic façades with new architectural solutions. Father is the city’a first project in the Riel Family Style line, created specifically for families seeking a balance between privacy and comfort of modern urban life.
A separate meeting was also held earlier for brokers working with the Hyde Park complex. The presentation of the second stage took place at the Lviv Skansen Information Centre, an atmospheric space surrounded by nature, which provided a special backdrop for a dialogue about the future of housing.
