Construction works are ongoing at the Novyi Fort Residential Complex, specifically within Stage 3 and 4.
Stage 3: In Section B4, Entrance 3, plastering of common areas has been completed. Finishing works in communal areas are underway in Sections B2 and B3, while tiling works continue in Section B4. Landscaping works are also in progress across Sections B2, B3, and B4, including the arrangement of building entrances.
In addition, construction of a stylobate car park has commenced between Sections B3 and A1.
Stage 4: In Section G2, installation of the timber roof structures has been completed, and installation of roof windows is currently in progress. Between Sections A1 and G1, works on the stylobate car park are nearing completion.
