Construction works are ongoing in the third and fourth stages of the Novyi Fort Residential Complex.
Stage 3: In Section V2, plastering of common areas has been completed, along with finishing works (installation of drywall and ceiling finishing), as well as tiling in the common areas. Installation of internal gas supply networks is nearing completion in Sections V2 and V3.
In Section V3, tiling works in the common areas are starting.
In Section V4, façade insulation has been completed. Finishing works have been completed in two entrances, while plastering of common areas is ongoing in the third entrance. Tiling has been completed in one entrance and is still in progress in another.
In Section V1, installation of railings is nearing completion.
Stage 4: In Section G2, installation of the roof steel structures is ongoing, and window installation has been completed.
In Section G1, tiling works have been completed in two entrances, along with finishing works, including drywall installation and ceiling finishing.
In Section G3, installation of apartment entrance doors has been completed, and drywall installation works are beginning.
