In the Stage 3 of the Novyi Fort Complex, intensive interior and façade works are ongoing. In Sections B1 and B2, installation of the entrance doors has been completed.
In Section B1, plastering of the common areas has been finalised. In Section B3, plastering of the common areas is still in progress, while in Section B2, finishing works are underway — drywall installation and ceiling reinforcement. Tile installation in the common areas of Section B1 is also ongoing. On the façade of Section B4, insulation works are nearing completion, while plastering of the common areas continues in parallel.
In the Stage 4, installation of the metal roof structures in Section G2 is ongoing. In Section G1, plastering works are being completed in one of the lobbies, while in the other lobby finishing works have already begun — drywall installation and ceiling reinforcement are underway. In Section G3, plastering of the common areas has commenced.
