Construction of the Novyi Fort residential complex, part of the Mistechko Pidzamche project, is continuing in Lviv.
In the third stage, section B-1, work is being completed on the metal façade and roof insulation is continuing. Installation of electrical engineering networks and water supply systems is continuing in all sections. The insulation (soundproofing) of the walls between apartments has been completed. The screed is being poured. Landscaping of the area between sections B-2 and B-3 on the side of Promyslova Street is also continuing.
In the fourth stage, the internal partitions in section G-1 have been completed. In section G-2, the installation of metal roof structures is continuing and the blockwork of the external walls has begun. In all sections except G-2, work is underway on the installation of electricity and water supply networks.
The Novyi Fort is modern architecture, functional layouts and a comfortable living environment. It combines the aesthetics of Lviv’s historic district with modern construction technologies.
