We designed the Father residential complex as a project with a well-thought-out concept. For us, it’s not about any single feature, but rather a combination of factors: proximity to the center of Lviv, a high-quality living environment, and steady demand for this rapidly developing location. The project is being implemented in the Pidzamche district—a historic part of Lviv where a systematic revitalization of the urban space is underway. We see this district as a comfortable living environment close to the city center, with modern infrastructure and convenient transportation access, which add value to the location.
Healthcare: within walking distance and easily accessible by public transport—St. Panteleimon Hospital, St. Paraskeva Medical Center, and the UNBROKEN Center.
Daily services and shopping: ATB and Silpo supermarkets, VAM, SPARTAK, and Epicenter shopping centers, and the Multiplex cinema.

The project has clear economic targets. According to Alla Chipak, sales coordinator in Lviv, the final price per square meter at the time of commissioning will be $1,690/sq m, with an expected average annual price increase of approximately 10%, and total growth from 2025 to the end of 2027 will be about 30% of the current price.
The rental potential of the Father residential complex is based on its proximity to the city center, convenient transportation links, and stable demand in the Pidzamche district. The development of the area and the formation of a fully-fledged urban environment support interest in long-term rentals.
