A modern residential complex has long since ceased to be merely a collection of buildings and square footage. It is a living environment that sets the pace for daily life, fosters interaction among people, and influences the development of the neighborhood. This is exactly how we envision and are building our Brother residential complex in the Darnytskyi district.
A project introducing a new concept in comfort-class living—one that transforms the surrounding space and sets new standards for urban life—was the subject of a special report on Channel 24.

Darnitsa is an example of a neighborhood that has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past few decades: from an industrial zone with factories and warehouses to a residential area with its own unique rhythm of life. The development of transportation infrastructure, the metro, key thoroughfares, and public spaces has changed perceptions of the district—it is no longer a periphery and has begun to form its own centers of attraction. In this context, the emergence of the Brother residential complex is a logical continuation of these changes: we are working with a location that already has potential and requires a high-quality residential product to drive the further development of the environment.
One of the key ideas behind Brother is the openness and accessibility of the space. There is no closed “micro-world” here, cut off from the neighborhood. On the contrary, we have incorporated open courtyards and a pedestrian promenade that runs through the entire block, serving as a place for gatherings, walks, and daily routes. The complex is integrated into the existing infrastructure and offers convenient pedestrian access to Lake Soniachne.
The internal amenities also play a key role. The project includes its own educational facility, storage spaces for strollers and bicycles, and an underground parking garage with 697 spaces equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. These solutions address everyday needs and help make the courtyard safe, pedestrian-friendly, and truly family-oriented.
A special highlight is the Playground concept. This is not just a playground, but a multifunctional space for various age groups: TRX zones, a climbing wall, sports courts, and areas for play and socializing. This approach fosters a culture of active living right in the courtyard and aligns with our vision of “real family style”—a family-oriented, comfort-class lifestyle focused on safety and social interaction.

The technological component complements this approach. Ajax security starter kits integrate directly into the living space and give residents a sense of control and security. As a result, the infrastructure and technologies not only function within the complex but also impact the neighborhood as a whole—enhancing safety, revitalizing public spaces, and stimulating the development of services.
For us, the Brother residential complex is an example of a systematic approach to housing. It’s not about individual square meters, but about an environment that is comfortable to live in today and has long-term value tomorrow. It is precisely such projects that become focal points for neighborhood development and shape new standards of urban life.
