Construction is continuing at the Sister Residential Development site in Kyiv. In August, the team continued reinforced concrete, façade, roofing and internal works, the installation of windows and lifts, as well as the installation of building services and external utility networks.
In Section 1.1, masonry works are continuing on the tenth floor, along with roofing works. Windows have been installed on the fifth and sixth floors. Lift installation is also continuing.
In Section 1.2, masonry works, installation of window units and roofing works have been completed. Floor screeding is nearing completion, while installation of the heating risers is continuing.

In Section 1.4, façade works are 70% complete. Floor tiles have been laid in the common areas from the second to the ninth floors, excluding the stair flights. Plastering of the walls in the common areas has also been completed, the ground-floor windows have been installed, and doors to the apartments and stairwells are now in place.
In the basement areas of Sections 1.1–1.4, installation of the district heating, water supply and drainage networks is continuing.
In Section 2.1, excavation of the foundation pit has been completed and concrete blinding works for the foundations are under way.
In Section 2.2, construction of the vertical structural elements of the second floor is continuing. Backfilling has been completed.

Installation of external utility networks across the construction site is continuing.
The Sister Residential Development, which RIEL is building at 3 Klemanska Street in Kyiv, close to the Dnipro River and its embankment, is being developed around the RIEL Family Style concept. The neighbourhood has been designed to strike a balance between privacy and openness, with both enclosed and open courtyards, themed gardens and recreational areas, children’s playgrounds, a high ropes course, as well as spaces for reading and socialising.
With less than a year remaining until the scheduled commissioning of Commissioning Stage 1, future residents can already start planning their move. At the same time, apartments at Sister are available on a range of purchase terms, depending on the preferred payment option.
In particular, Commissioning Stage 1 has been accredited by Ukrgasbank and Sky Bank for participation in the government-backed eOselia programme. The development also offers updated instalment terms: the minimum initial payment is 30%, with a standard 5% discount applied to the amount of the initial payment. A standard 5% discount is also available when paying 100% of the purchase price upfront.
