Construction of the Sister Residential Development in Kyiv is progressing. In July, the team continued monolithic concrete, façade, roofing and interior works, as well as the installation of utility systems and external utility networks.
In Section 1.1, monolithic concrete works have been fully completed. Wall masonry is under way on the fifth and sixth floors, and roofing works have also commenced.
In Section 1.2, wall masonry is under way from the sixth to the tenth floors. Window structures are being installed on the eighth and ninth floors. Roofing works and floor screeding are also continuing in parallel.
In Section 1.3, wall masonry is likewise under way from the sixth to the tenth floors, with window structures being installed on the eighth and ninth floors. Floor screeding and roofing works are continuing, along with the installation of the stormwater drainage system.
In Section 1.4, façade works are 40% complete. Wall finishing and floor tiling in the communal areas are under way from the second to the fifth floors. Floor screeding has been completed, while window installation on the ground floor is continuing. The stormwater drainage system is 90% complete, and the electrical networks are 70% complete.
In the basement areas of Sections 1.1–1.4, installation of the district heating network, water supply and sewerage systems is continuing.
In Section 2.2, construction of the floor slab above the basement and backfilling works are under way.
In Section 3.1, construction of the vertical structural elements of the ground floor is continuing.
Installation of the external utility networks is also continuing across the construction site.

The Sister Residential Development, which RIEL is building on Klemanska Street close to the Dnipro River, embodies the RIEL Family Style concept. During power outages, backup power will keep the lifts, water supply systems and rooftop boiler plant operational, as well as emergency lighting in communal areas, access control and video surveillance systems.
Less than a year remains until the scheduled commissioning of the first phase of the Sister Residential Development in March 2027.
Apartments at the Sister can also be purchased through the government-backed eOselia mortgage programme. The first stage of the development has been accredited by Ukrgasbank and Sky Bank.
